During this short introductory call, you can share your ideas, goals, and vision for your outdoor space. We will discuss what you would like to achieve and review basic information about your site. This helps us understand your needs and determine the next steps.

Step 2. Site Visit and Consultation

You can schedule an on-site consultation at your property. During this visit, we meet with you in person, listen carefully to your wishes, and evaluate existing site conditions. We share our professional opinion on the feasibility of your ideas, discuss different design possibilities and future perspectives, and introduce suitable materials and landscape elements available on the market.

Consultation fee: $250

Duration: up to 2 hours

If you proceed with a full landscape design package, the consultation fee will be credited toward the total project cost.

Step 3. Site Analysis, Project Goals & Planning

We conduct a detailed site analysis, define project goals, and discuss specific tasks. Based on this information, we prepare a clear work plan, preliminary timeline, and project cost estimate to help you understand the scope, priorities, and investment of your landscape project.

Step 4. Site Measurements, Site Plan & Design Sketches

We take precise site measurements and create a detailed site plan reflecting existing conditions. Based on this plan, we develop initial landscape design sketches that illustrate spatial layout, key elements, and overall design direction.

Step 5. 3D Visualization & Design Development

Using the approved site plan and sketches, we create realistic 3D visualizations of your future landscape. This stage allows you to clearly see the layout, materials, plants, lighting, and design elements. The design is refined based on your feedback to ensure it aligns with your vision and budget.

Step 6. Final Design Package & Documentation

After design approval, we prepare a complete landscape design package, which may include site plans, planting plans, hardscape layouts, lighting concepts, and key details. This documentation serves as a clear guide for contractors and ensures accurate project execution.

Step 7. Assistance During Project Implementation

We remain available throughout the project implementation to answer questions and provide ongoing support. If needed, we offer additional services such as design adjustments, coordination, and project oversight to ensure the final result matches the approved design and your expectations.
